Heartbeat Retreat offers three treatment rooms for bookings with our massage providers during your stay as a guest, or alternatively for use by retreat providers who are hosting a retreat. The treatment rooms are located within the spa facility, adjacent to the yoga hall.
With additional sound insulation and music options, these treatment rooms are perfect for your Dunsborough retreat.

Swedish Massage
Relax your body and mind and slip into a blissful state of being with a full-body Swedish massage. Incorporating Swedish, Reiki and Reflexology techniques this treatment relaxes muscle and soft tissue relieves aches and pains and improves circulation. Let our therapist gently release any tension from your muscles and lull you into peace. Deeply relaxing and a wonderful addition to any holiday.

Collagen Facial
A collagen facial helps keeps the skin of the face taut and supple, improving its elasticity and resilience and damage. Full Body Indulgence
A total body indulgence beginning with a complete body exfoliation using a fragrant blend of rose, lavender and orange essential oils combined with almond meal, French clay and honey to leave skin silky smooth, moisturised and glowing.
This is then followed up by a complete body massage from tip to toe incorporating a delightful mix of Swedish, therapeutic and reflexology for her and a more intense deep tissue massage for him.

Sheer Indulgence
Two hours of sheer indulgence. We begin this treatment with a full body Aromatherapy massage incorporating Swedish and the delightful flowing rhythmic Hawaiian Huna massage to take you to the deepest state of relaxation. This is then followed by a luxurious one-hour facial using the purest of nature's ingredients to leave the skin nourished, revitalised and glowing.
